  • Generate deepfake audio intended to harm or defame individuals
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Overload, damage, or impair the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

5.2 Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the plan you select. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Credits

Character credits are allocated based on your subscription plan. Unused credits may expire according to your plan terms. Credits are non-transferable.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TTS Ninja and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any text you submit for conversion. However, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.

6.3 Generated Audio

You may use audio generated through the Service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the usage rights associated with your subscription plan. You may not resell or redistribute generated audio as a standalone product.

7. API Usage

If you use our API (where applicable):

  • You must comply with all API documentation and rate limits
  • API keys are confidential and must not be shared
  • We may suspend access for abuse or excessive usage

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TTS Ninja and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
